Executive Board
The Executive Board of Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg consists of the President, four Vice Presidents and the Chancellor as well as the Officer for equal opportunities for women in science and the arts (Women’s representative) as an advisory member.
Their responsibilities and rules governing representation are set out in the FAU schedule of responsibilities and representation.
The Executive Board is supported by the Office of the Executive Board.
Officer appointed by the Executive Board of the University
The Executive Board of the University may appoint a member of academic staff to a position of specific responsibility, should the situation require as stipulated by Section 30 (5) BayHIG.
