Cooperative Bachelor’s degree programmes

By taking a cooperative degree programme at FAU, which combines vocational training with a degree, students have the opportunity to gain a professional training qualification from the Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) or the Chamber of Trades of Middle Franconia (HWK) in addition to their degree. These degree programmes are a unique feature of our University, offering a wide range of options covering nearly all areas. Around 70 Bachelor’s degree programmes in nearly all disciplines at FAU can be combined with some 200 Chamber of Commerce (IHK) or 130 Chamber of Trades (HWK) apprenticeship opportunities.
