Schlossgartenfest 2025: Tickets now on sale

The long-awaited 2025 Schlossgartenfest is just around the corner and tickets have now officially gone on sale. Join us in the historic setting of the Schlossgarten for an unforgettable evening of festivities, music and great company. The Schlossgartenfest will take place on June 28, 2025 and the alternative date in case of bad weather is July 5, 2025.

With the 69th Schlossgartenfest in summer 2025, the last before the major refurbishment of the Schloss, FAU is going to let things go with a bang with a large firework display during the event. In addition, the “Wissensmeile” exhibition first shown on a small scale last year will return on a larger scale giving guests the opportunity to not only enjoy music and dancing, but also to experience exciting new developments in research in keeping with our motto “Moving knowledge”. The exhibition will include information about current research into light and lasers, energy, and mobility.

In addition, guests can look forward to open air light installations from Coburg University and a wide variety of different music provided by live bands such as the Schaeffler Big Band and Chicolores. A DJ area will be new to this year’s event.

Once again, catering will be supplied by a large variety of different providers offering everything from salmon and bratwurst sausages to vegan food, which means there will be something to suit everyone’s taste and budget. Drinks will be provided by several stands, including two cocktail bars. And of course, guests will again be able to try the exclusive varieties of gin from Tinctura Anatomica. FAU anatomists Dr. Lars Bräuer and Dr. Michael Scholz have brought together their passion for fine spirits and their knowledge of herbs to create their special gins.
