FAU at the B2Run in Nürnberg

FAU joined the B2Run in Nürnberg again this year, arriving with a team 100 FAU members. Together, students as well as staff from research, education, and administration took on the 6,1 kilometer long run, encompassing the Dutzendteich lake and the Frankenstadion.

The University’s Executive Board was on-site, too. To be exact, FAU President Prof. Dr. Joachim Hornegger und Vice President Education Prof. Dr. Andrea Bréard  joined FAU’s running team.

FAU’s press office as well as the team of FAUgesund organized the participation of the FAU team.
As a first at B2Run, a walking team joined the runners this year. The members had taken a specific walking course offered by FAUgesund earlier.
